Registration Details

Register early for best workshop rates, preparation instructions and to receive Queen Afua's Woman Herbal Tonic.

• Receipt dates for advance registration: To receive the advance registration rates, Kelpra must receive your registration form in our office on or before the following date: 21 MARCH 2001.
  Bookings made via Blacknet UK after 21 March (but before 28 March), will not incur a late registration fee. After 28 March, the late registration fee will apply.
  
  
• Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee if received in writing by 21 MARCH 2001. Thereafter, there will be no refund.
  
  
• Transfer Policy: If you are unable to attend, we are happy to welcome a replacement participant.
  
  
• "NO SHOWS" forfeit all registration monies paid. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  
  
• Late Registration: NO PERSONAL CHEQUES.
  
  
• On-site Registration: CASH PAYMENT ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  
  
• Concessionary Rate: £10 off for people who are over 60, full time students and unwaged individuals. Maximum of two tickets per booking.
  
  
• Generous workshop discount: £5 off Sacred Woman Event. Tickets can only be purchased from Kelpra (normal price £15). 15% discount on Sacred Woman book: £17 plus £2.95pp.
  
  
• Group Bookings: 5-9 Sistahs £10 off normal workshop price. 10 or more Sistahs £15 off.
  Group size must be met! If group decreases each registrant will be required to pay the regular registration rate.
  
  
• Optional Vegetarian dinner: £5 per plate (per day).
