Deep Healing Requires Deep Commitment

What To Bring:

*   White, comfortable attire to be worn in the workshop including headwrap and undergarment. (Changing facilities is available.)
*   A hand-held musical instrument.
*   A journal and pen.
*   A rug or towel.

During your 1-day/2-day empowerment training you will be purifying the body temple, through fasting on fruit juices.

Remember to book a vegetarian meal!!!


To avoid experiencing headaches, dizziness, blurred vision or other side effects of the detoxification process (which are the results of years of a poor diet, nighttime eating, ingesting too much starch and too much sugar and heavy meat intake, along with consuming a lot of fried foods and diary products) please ensure you prepare for your fast.

7 to 14 days before...

*   Eat plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits.
*   Drink juices such as fresh pressed grapefruit, pineapple, orange, apple or unsweetened cranberry. (Adding spirulina or wheatgrass will help cut down the desire to eat so much. If this is your first time using spirulina or wheatgrass, begin with 1tbsp in your juice.
*   Drink six 8oz glasses of distilled or purified water daily.
*   Drink fresh green juices daily. (This is a combination of any green vegetables pressed in a juicer.) Green Juices help to strengthen and rejuvenate the womb.

If you find you're having difficulty drinking vegetable juice or you haven't got a juicer, then drink dandelion or alfalfa tea.

AVOID (As much as possible)!!!

*   Shellfish, Pork, Lamb Beef, Chicken, Egg and MSG. If you must eat flesh, eat baked or steam fish.
*   Diary Products (milk, cheese, ice-cream, yogurt)

If Possible

*   Take 2-3 enemas and/or 3 herbal laxatives weekly.

For Balancing

*   Take 2-4 lbs Epsom Salt Bath or 1-2 Dead Sea Salt Bath 3 times a week. Soak for a minimum of 30 minutes.
    And/Or
*   Light a white candle for clarity in yur bathroom.

If You Are Feeling Deprived And Thinking "Oh this regime is too much, I want to eat what I want to eat when I want to eat it," Then Add A Pinch Of CINNAMON To Your Juices To Keep Your REBELLION In Check!!!

Lastly...

BEFORE BREAKFAST - Try This Kidney-Liver Flush

Mix together in a blender:

*   2tbsp cold pressed extra virgin olive oil with equal parts of castor oil.
*   2tbsp cold pressed extra virgin olive oil with equal parts of castor oil.
*   2 fresh garlic clove crushed
*   Juice of 1 lemon or lime or 1-2 tbsp organic apple cider vinegar.
*   1 pinch of cayenne pepper (do not use if you have high blood pressure).
*   8 oz warm water(purified or distilled).

Blend and Drink up!
