It’s like I’m unplugged from the Matrix
I stay strict in my Deen,
The importance of only one thing.
As my mind stays focused.
I gain closeness to God
No longer a life without cause.
I say prayers 5 times a day
Because I know I sin more than 5 times a day
My forehead touches ground please forgive my ways.
I ask God for mercy for the times I stray.
In these difficult days
We all given a choice on the role we play
It takes a brave man to avoid the devil
And live this temporary life on a more God conscious level.
I feel pain inside.
