TEST Have you ever been prevented from doing what you really want to do because you lack the confidence?
Do you often criticise yourself or put yourself down?
Are you stuck in a rut but do not have the confidence or motivation to do anything about it?
If you answered yes to any of the above, Slippers to Heels, the confidence building programme for women from Abounding Solutions is for you. Spread over 3 Saturday mornings, you will leave this programme having challenged and addressed your fears and limiting self beliefs, leaving you with a renewed level of self-confidence. In this 3 session programme you will learn skills and techniques that will benefit you at home, socially and at work or in business.
After each session you will be given actions to carry out that will support you in your personal development.
You will build a support network with other women and together address and overcome self-confidence issues.
The dates are 6 October 2012 10am-12pm, 20 October 2012 10am-12pm and 3 November 2012 9.30am-12.30pm at the University of London, 19-26 Cartwright Gardens, London, WC1H 9EF.
