Des also coached 13 year old Tariq Daley on stage on how to set himself up in business and how to stay focused. Tariq will be talking about his new website and photography business and will coach, live on stage, a 8 year old boy on how he can be successful too.

Mistri (Paul Charlton) International DJ, Radio Host and Community Youth Worker, provided an inspirational and emotional talk on how his mother changed his life, as he was involved with gangs and crime as a youth and his mum helped him to focus on becoming successful.

Des O'Connor - Invites you all to his first ever whole day family workshop worth £147 called "Improve Your Life and Set Yourself Up In Business" on Saturday July 28th 2012 and it's FREE. Des will provide powerful Life Coaching techniques and show you all how to choose your niche, how websites, business cards, flyers and logos can easily start you up in your chosen business area, and this will hopefully inspire the children as well. This is a family event and parents can even drop off their children off for the day, and food will be available.

After appearing on Sky TV, as well as several other TV and radio programmes, O'Connor has decided to take his company and vision for the community to another level. Subsequently, he has held seminars where black women were competing with each other to be crowned the official Black Female Coach to work with the men. Eventually, he recruited a team of dedicated black women whom he had teamed up with, as their male counterpart, to develop a better understanding of the needs of black women, as well as the best methods of communication. The winner was Sandra Joseph from Birmingham, a qualified lecturer and who has a strong passion in for helping people improve their lives and careers. , She usually motivates her learners to look beyond just the qualifications they have to find work, but and to instead look at what they are good at, or passionate about, what they are capable to of doing, and to use their other hidden talents to do other things. Sandra will be providing her first ever talk to the boys and men on exactly what black women want and need from young black men and older men when it comes to relationships.
