Eventually, he recruited a team of dedicated black women whom he had teamed up with, as their male counterpart, to develop a better understanding of the needs of black women, as well as the best methods of communication. The winner was Sandra Joseph from Birmingham, a qualified lecturer and who has a strong passion in for helping people improve their lives and careers. , She usually motivates her learners to look beyond just the qualifications they have to find work, but and to instead look at what they are good at, or passionate about, what they are capable to of doing, and to use their other hidden talents to do other things. Sandra will be providing her first ever talk to the boys and men on exactly what black women want and need from young black men and older men when it comes to relationships.
