Rokia Traoré makes a much-awaited comeback to London after the worldwide success of albums such as Bowmboi (2003) and Tchamantche (2008).
Featuring music from her forthcoming album and new collaborations between European and Malian artists – including musicians from Traoré’s music foundation in Bamako and more.
The series begins with an intimate acoustic evening of music and words from Malian story-telling traditions.
