at the Bernie Grant Arts Centre, Tottenham on Saturday 5th November 2011
This event focuses on helping young people to increase their financial literacy and to build healthy lifestyles and healthy relationships. Our research revealed that many young people worry about their ability to build the lifestyles they want in the future.
The ‘be inspired!’ event offers taster sessions, practical exercises for young people to do at their leisure.
The line-up of confirmed acts and speakers (in no particular order) are: Alim Kamara (The Seeking Scholar); Olayinka Bandele (Economist and author of Spirited Woman); Cerebro (semi-finalist of Sky 1's Gotta Dance); Des O-Connor (Top UK relationship coach); Emeka Egbonau (author of Consequences); DJ Crocodile will be providing music; Segun Haughton will be mc-ing (upcoming singer/song-writer/guitarist) alongside Cherelle Campbell (young entrepreneur),with giveaways throughout the day.
