BROWN’S TOWN, St Ann - The man charged in connection with the beheading of another man at Lincoln in St Ann last month was remanded when he appeared in court this morning.

Howard Ricketts appeared before presiding magistrate Vaugh Facey in the Brown’s Town RM court and was remanded until April 26 when the matter will again be heard.

Ricketts was charged last week, several days after Burnett Thomas badly burnt headless body was found in a house the two men shared.

Thomas’ decomposed head was found several days later about two miles from the Lincoln community in a yard.

Investigators are still searching for another suspect in connection with Thomas’ murder.
