Reputed gang leader Christopher Linton, also called 'Dog Paw' is facing three murder charges in the Home Circuit Court.
He appeared in court yesterday with two co-accused and they were remanded until May 18 when a bail application will be made.
He is charged in connection with the murders of a six-year-old boy, his 31-year-old mother and a 49-year-old taxi operator in Bedward Gardens, St Andrew, in December 2010.
It is being alleged that shots were fired into the house and the house was then set ablaze.
The other co-accused are Yanick Ellis and Donald Allen.
Linton is also charged with wounding with intent, and arson arising from that incident.
Attorney-at-law Patrick Peterkin is representing Linton, attorney-at-law Tamika Harris is representing Ellis, while Allen is being represented by attorney-at-law Vincent Wellesley.
Linton, along with several other men, has charges pending in the Gun Court.
They are charged with shooting with intent and illegal possession of firearm and ammunition.
