Luanda — Angola will create in 2013 a farming production regulating organ (Urpap), under the integrated programme of fight against hunger and poverty, ANGOP has learnt.
This was announced by the commission responsible for the execution of the mentioned programme, which adds that the organ will be created through a presidential decree with a special juridical framework.
The organ will be tasked with supervising and regulating the activities of the firms in this area, trading of the surplus farming production and market stabilisation in matters of demand and supply.
Urpap will be made up by the Provincial governors, as well as the Municipal and District governors, provincial directors, representatives of the peasants association (Unaca), chamber of commerce and industry, Transports Ministry, association of young businesspeople, women's associations and the agrarian development institute
