Luanda — The Angolan ombudsman, Paulo Tjipilica, is paying since Wednesday a two-day working visit to the southern Cunene province, where he will inaugurate a building of the sector in that region.
Speaking to Angop at the "4 de Fevereiro" International Airport, Paulo Tjipilica said that the inauguration of this service in the province is part of the actions enshrined in the Angolan legal code, in which the ombudsman should meet the citizen and not the other way around.
According him, similar action will occur in other provinces of Angola and Benguela will be the next region to be visited.
He said that it is important that ombudsman office services should be available for citizens in other provinces of the country.
The services of ombudsman office are already covering the provinces of Kwanza Sul and Huambo.
