Huambo — The new King of Bailundo, Armindo Francisco Kalupeteka "Ekuikui V", aged 38, will be enthroned on Saturday, in replacement of Ekuikui IV, who died of an illness, ANGOP has learnt.

The ceremony will take place at Mbalundo Ombala, with the presence of individualities such as government officials, MPs, chieftains, members of the civil society and population in general.

In an interview to ANGOP, the Ombala chairman, Fernando Hossi, said that so far conditions are ready for the accomplishment of the traditional ritual.

Bailundo has already had 35 Kings, being that the Kingdom was founded in the 15th century.
