Lack of ethnic minorty promotion and progression at work debate.
I work for a big customer service company. I got told the other day by a I Asian collegue the reason he was told by the top boss that ethnic minortys in my job are not getting promoted is because our applications are so POOR compared to the whites applications.

Because as they would say applications are not based on colour but yet the results seem to be colour defined! Lol
But my put ref my work place. The fundamental question should be why ethnic minortys applications are poorer compared to whites, but to be honest I don't think they really care anyway, carrying on the status quo for centries but I'm asking it to myself.
But the begs a question does that mean there is something wrong with us or is there something wrong with the tests? I. E maybe the test should change to suit ethnic minortys rather then hinder us? how do you truly test someone abilities. Can you have two equally average intelligence people come up with roughly the same score for the same test? Or another angle is education from child hood, traditionally/generally black males don't do great in school/college education, so are we at a disadvantage from the very start? With reference to being intellectual enough to pass the same test a non white person can pass?
