I have lived in Bolton for 8 years and find it to be such a shame there is no black businesses. Bolton consists of 80% of people from the West Indian and somalian culture. Their is only one centre running at the moment called New Unity. Which i find to be of no help for the community who wish to employ DIY/tradesmen
