The National Graduate Development Programme (NGDP) is a development programme for high-calibre graduates wishing to pursue a career in management in local government. It offers a 2 year work placement combined with a postgraduate diploma. Bristol City Council aims to encourage black and minority ethnic students to participate in the scheme.

The open evening is a chance to find out more about how the scheme works and whether it is for you. You will also have an opportunity to find out about job opportunities with the council and traineeships available through the local Centre for Employment and Enterprise Development (CEED).
