Aims of the Conference

To bring together leaders, policy makers, future leaders and those interested in promoting race equality in the workplace to:

Consider what diversifying leaders means for leadership in contemporary, multi-ethnic Britain. Examine existing concepts of leadership and whether they help or hinder diversity practice. Explore alternative models and perspectives of leadership in a global economy. Gain an insight into an award winning model that has developed practical solutions in diversity management by.
