Let us accept that there will always be people who hate others for one reason or another whether they are black white or other, let us not be like those who hate others based on colour creed or religion, let us try to understand (or overstand) others and help others to understand (or overstand) us, Let us accept that there will be many who chose to move out of our community but remember that there are many more who will stay.

Let us not be like those who condemn others simply because the others are not like them. Let us highlight all that is positive within respective communities. 

Let us look in the mirror and respect what we see, let us look at another and respect he or she.
