US GOSPEL STARS COME TO KICC IN LONDON Print E-mail

Five of the of the most famous celebrated names in Gospel music will perform at The International Gathering of Champions that takes place from Sunday 26 August until Sunday 2 September 2007 at The Kingsway International Christian Centre in East London. The line up includes: Donnie McClurkin, Byron Cage, Israel Houghton and Judy Bailey. The KICC Mass Choir will also be featuring in this event. 

US GOSPEL STARS COME TO KICC IN LONDON The conference, hosted by one of Europe’s fastest growing independent churches, will attract tens of thousands of people throughout the eight day event. This years conference is entitled ‘The Heavens Opened’ and will include daytime and evening teaching sessions, a 130 stand exhibition and a food court featuring varying world cuisines. The influence and reach of Gospel music is increasing daily. At least 70% of Christian media in the UK is dedicated to gospel music. In the USA the number of radio stations offering round the clock Gospel programming is rising by over 100% year-on-year, while the newly crowned American Idol winner, Jordin Sparks, is yet another Gospel singing winner.
