***Mud cakes/pies are being eatenby our Black People!***
The Peoople of Haiti need shelter now!
As you and I both know our Haitian brothers and sisters needs are great!
...............
With all that we have seen on the news about in Haiti, we know that they are in need of the basics.
The top four things being emergency medical assistance; food; water; and shelter.
The news has reported that the rainy season in Haiti is near and many people are using bed sheets as shelter from the sun. Which will do nothing once rains being.
I have seen on the news and have visited a website called "Shelter Box." http://www.shelterboxusa.org/
***(This is the type of test that are fond inside the "Shelter Box.")***
Which are being sent to the survivors of Haiti I believe 50,000 people so far are using the "Shelter Box" which equals 5,000 boxes.
Today I was thinking of away to start a donation drive to purchase at least one "Shelter Box" per church ; per company; public school; or social group in our area?
For example if 245 people gave £2 each that would buy one shelter box at £490 per box (which includes one 10 person tent).
As you all know we spend more than £1 when we buy a pack of cigarettes, a cup of coffee from Starbucks or even liter of soda.

In 2003 Black households had over £417 billion pounds in earned income.
The major news organizations have already left Haiti and each day there is less and less news about what is happening on the grown.
We are both aware of this nation, called amerikkka and its short term memory; most recent example would be Hurricane Katrina and the victims of New Orleans, LA and surrounding areas.
